Savor the Music is a multi-sensory experience that explores the harmony of cuisine and music. For a decade, Savor the Music has been key to connecting CMI’s mission of enriching lives through orchestral music education and performance to our larger San Antonio community.

This 10th Annual Savor the Music celebrates A Decade of Harmony: Latin Melodies and Culinary Delights.

This spectacular evening will be held on November 13th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the beautiful Tobin Center in San Antonio, featuring 210 Festival Artistic Director, Francisco Fullana, and guest artist, JP Jofre. The 10th Annual Savor the Music will fuse the vibrancy of Latin America with orchestral compositions and delectable courses, each honoring a distinct Latin country with its musical arrangement and culinary offering. This multisensory fusion through music and cuisine promises an unparalleled experience. Proceeds from Savor the Music benefit CMI’s mission, allowing us to continue expanding educational opportunities for Bexar County youth, deliver performances at the highest artistic level, and provide access to classical music for all.
