She has participated in multiple orchestras, chamber groups, and music programs, including the NSO Youth Fellowship Program, the DC Youth Orchestra, American Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, Sphinx Performance Academy, and Fortissima at the Colburn School. Valeria plans to pursue a degree in viola performance and is determined to make this her profession while also continuing her work as a composer and on additional personal projects as a proud woman of color in the arts.
